Product Cocktails To Try For Your Best Hair Day Ever

Everyone always says that two is better than one, right? Well, the same can be said for your hair products. The best results come from mixing two or more products to get the style you’re looking for, so if you’re not combining your products then you’re missing out on some majorly gorgeous locks. Ready for a crash course in hair mixology? Read on to find the best product cocktails for your hair type.

Curly

To combat frizz, you need a smoothing serum and a product to hold your beautiful curls in place. We suggest Bumble and Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil and Bb. Gel. Mix the oil and gel together in your hands, smooth over the surface of the hair, then scrunch to bring out your curls.

Wavy

Waves tend to fall limp, so a curl enhancing product will give your locks a lift, and a mousse is great for volume and hold. Try Bumble and Bumble Bb. Curl Defining Creme and Bb. Curl Conditioning Mousse. Smooth the defining crème over your hair, then flip your hair upside down and scrunch in the mousse to encourage your waves and add volume.

Fine

To add life and movement to fine strands, use a volumizing product alongside a thickening mousse. We like Moroccan Oil Root Boost and Bumble and Bumble Thickening Full Form Mousse. Spray the root boost onto your roots, then smooth the mousse over the length of your hair. Blow dry as usual.

Straight

For the best at-home blowouts, you will need a heat protectant and shine. Bumble and Bumble All Style Blow Dry will protect your hair when you blow dry, and Moroccanoil Treatment will lock in your style and fight humidity while adding loads of shine. Mix the blow dry crème and oil together in the palms of your hands, then apply to hair. Blow dry as usual.

Kinky

For your hair type you need a gel and moisturizer combo to keep your strands smooth and defined. We suggest Bb. Curl Pre-Style/Re-Style Primer and Bb. Curl Anti-Humidity Gel-Oil. Spray primer all over your hair, then curl and twist individual strands with the gel-oil.
